Sharon is the practice's point of contact for carers that are registered as one of our patients or for those patients that are being cared for, these carers of any age may need someone to listen, offer support or advise what services are available for carers to use.

Patients often do not realise they are carers and not just a relative, there may be financial support available, Sharon can help identify if you are a carer and she can advise on who to contact.
