Our Patient Participation Group (PPG) is a group of patients that are interested in being a representative of the local community served by the practice and meet regularly with practice staff for discussion and action.
The aim of the PPG is to ensure that patients are involved in decision making about the range and quality of the various services provided by the practice thus improving communication between the practice and the local community.
The GPs and supporting staff in the practice with the help of the PPG are committed to promote the proactive engagement of patients. This may be to seek views through the use of local surveys or by speaking directly to the PPG members.
If you think you would be interested in becoming a member of our Patient Participation Group, please contact Pam Brewster, PPG Secretary. Telephone 01373 465225
The group would like to contact patients on occasion by email and/or text so that they can obtain the views of the widest group of patients possible. We would like to obtain your email address and mobile phone number to do this. Please complete the Patient Contact Form to provide your consent for this.
